Purchase IEF

As of version 3.0, Internet Evidence Finder is no longer free. Without a purchased registration key, IEF will run in “demo mode” with only up to 10 items per selected search being saved to file(s).
The pricing for IEF v3 is as follows:
- 1 to 5 licenses – $49.99 CAD each
- Each additional license – $39.99 CAD each
- For purchases of over 10 licenses, a 10% discount will be applied to the licenses purchased beyond the initial 10
To purchase IEF, please go to the IEF purchase section of this page, select a license option and specify a name/organization for your IEF key and click “Buy Now”. Pricing is in Canadian dollars.
After your purchase is completed, a registration key will be emailed to you within approximately 24 hours (but usually within a few hours).
Law enforcement:
In an effort to support the work of police agencies around the world, JADsoftware has decided to keep IEF free for law enforcement. Simply go to the JADsoftware Law Enforcement Portal, create an account, and then log in to generate a registration key for your agency.
Please note: IEF is only free to bona fide law enforcement agencies. Businesses that do work for law enforcement, private investigators, and educational institutions do not qualify for a free key or for a Law Enforcement Portal account.
IEF v2 key holders:
Those who donated $20 for IEF v2 are receiving a free upgrade; your key will continue to function with v3, just download and install it, and IEF will automatically use your v2 key. If you require a formal software license document for v3, please send an email requesting one. Thanks again for your support!
