Terms and Conditions

Each copy of the software available from JADsoftware Inc. must have it’s own (separate) license and be registered with JADsoftware Inc. You are not permitted to make copies of the software without first purchasing the appropriate additional licenses. Each software application available from JADsoftware Inc. contains its own End User License Agreement (EULA). Before using the software (demo/trial or full, purchased versions) you must agree to the EULA. If you do not agree to the EULA, do not download, use, or purchase the respective software.
The Terms and Conditions also include the following:

Refund Policy

All purchases ordered from JADsoftware that are electronic-only (IEF v4 Home Edition, Web Page Saver) are final once the Registration Key has been provided to the customer. Due to the inherent nature of artifact recovery being an imperfect science and the current inability to revoke provided registration keys, all electronic-only sales are non-refundable. Demo or trial versions of the software are provided (when possible) to allow you to preview the software.

IEF v4 Standard and Portable Editions use a USB storage device as a replacement for key codes, you have a 10 day period from purchase to return the USB storage device for a full refund. After the 10 day period has passed, returns will not be accepted. Please see the End User License Agreement for more information.

If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller, then this merchant’s refund policy applies to your order. JADsoftware Inc. will not issue refunds for purchases made through a third party merchant.

What Our Customers Say:

I use IEF on every grooming, harassment and peer to peer distribution case that I run. I have just run it on a major child abuse and distribution case and found the evidence I needed on the suspect's drives.
